Role Review:
We are seeking an experienced Manual Test Engineer to join our QA team.
An ideal candidate brings solid functional testing expertise across enterprise platforms — particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 — combined with solid Gherkin scenario writing skills.
Plan, design, and execute functional, regression, smoke and exploratory test cycles across Dynamics 365 applications. o Write transparent, structured Gherkin feature files (Given / When / Then) in collaboration with developers and product owners. o Perform end-to-end testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules including Customer Service, Field Service, Sales and related customizations. o Validate functionality, configuration changes, and data integrity across D365 environments. o Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test sets, traceability matrices, and test execution reports.
Log and track defects through the full lifecycle using Jira. o Participate actively in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups,
and retrospectives. o Collaborate with POs to review requirements and translate acceptance criteria into testable scenarios.
Support UAT sessions — facilitate business users, capture sign-off, and document outcomes. o Contribute to continuous quality improvement by identifying gaps in test coverage and recommending process enhancements. o Dynamics 365 Service Module Testing: Hands-on experience in executing end-to-end manual testing within the D365 Service Module
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly document test cases, articulate defect details to developers, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. o Skilled fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory for participating in project alignment meetings.
