Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage production schedules, task-tracking, and feature backlogs.
Facilitate cross-discipline team meetings and run daily stand-ups to support efficiency.
Ensure teams understand goals and manage delivery through all phases of development.
Communicate identified risks in advance and support execution of mitigation plans.
Track team velocity and provide visibility of development status across the team.
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in production role in game development.
Demonstrated experience running cross-discipline teams using both Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as Jira and Shotgrid.
Robust interpersonal skills with ability to collaboratively solve problems to achieve production plans.
