We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to manage our day-to-day financial operations and support the company's growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable and receivable.Process creator, vendor, and client payments.Generate and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.Coordinate with CAs, auditors, banks, and financial institutions.Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L; statements, and financial summaries.Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.Track outstanding receivables and follow up on pending payments.Assist with budgeting, forecasting,



and financial planning.Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.Strong understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and time management abilities.Preferred SkillsExperience working with startups, agencies, or digital media companies.Familiarity with payment gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Opportunity to work in a fast-growing company.Growth opportunities and learning opportunities.Team-oriented and energetic work environment.Location: Noida Sector 132 (Work From Office)Working Days: Monday to Friday (Office), Saturday (Work From Home)Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PMInterested candidates can apply by sharing their resume.
