Skillsoft accelerates growth in India, and we’re hiring an experienced Senior Field & Event Marketing Manager based in India to craft and execute Field Marketing and campaign strategy alongside a Field Marketing Manager. In this exciting Individual Contributor role, you will have the chance to work closely with the current Field Marketing Manager resource. You’ll own India’s event strategy, budgets, stakeholder relationships, and reporting, while partnering closely with India sales leadership and global marketing to run integrated demand generation programs for the region. This role is ideal for a tech marketing leader who understands how to win in India through standout experiences and disciplined pipeline impact

Key Responsibilities




India Event Strategy Ownership: Build and own the India events plan (field events, executive roundtables, customer/partner forums, industry conferences) aligned to regional pipeline targets and priority accounts
Demand Gen Program Leadership (India): Partner with India sales to create integrated demand gen strategy around events (pre-event outreach, account-based invites, nurture, BDR/sales follow-up) that drive qualified meetings and sourced/influenced pipeline
Sales & BDR Alignment: Align sales and BDR teams to a single mission-focused direction for roles & responsibilities, follow-up strategy, and transparent handoffs to ensure engagement is effectively converted into meetings and prospects
Budget, Vendors & Procurement: Own India field marketing budgets and forecasting; negotiate with venues and suppliers as-needed alongside the Field Marketing Manager
