The Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a focus on Digital Transformation to join our dynamic team. In this role,
you will play a pivotal part in leading client engagements focused on leveraging Salesforce to optimize business processes, enhance constituent experiences, and modernize legacy systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement Salesforce solutions that deliver on client’s needs and continue to shape our Salesforce practice and digital transformation strategy.
Work You’ll Do
Lead efforts to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions, supporting digital transformation goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and priorities and recommend Salesforce customizations and configurations that drive efficiency and innovation
Translate business requirements into explicit functional specifications, user stories, and process flows aligned to Salesforce best practices
Partner with Salesforce architects and developers to design and implement Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and cust
