We are hiring an EDI Support Trainee (Fresher) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate to start their career in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) support, with full training provided on tools, processes, and troubleshooting. No prior experience needed — just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring EDI transactions and file transfers on a daily basis
Help identify and report failed or delayed transactions
Support senior team members in basic troubleshooting of EDI issues
Learn to work with EDI standards (like X12, EDIFACT) with training and guidance
Coordinate with internal teams and trading partners for issue resolution
Maintain simple documentation and logs of support activities
Assist in testing and validating EDI transactions during onboarding of current partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Minimum 70% aggregate marks in academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation)
Freshers welcome
Required Skills
Valuable communication skills (written and verbal)
Confidence to work with a team and coordinate with clients/partners
Basic understanding of data formats and file transfers (helpful but not mandatory)
Willingness to learn recent tools and technologies
Basic problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Good to Have
Any coursework or basic knowledge of EDI concepts (X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP)
Interest in supply chain, logistics, or B2B integration
Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix (a plus)
