? About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive skilled to manage end-to-end vendor contracts along with core HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who can effectively balance contract management, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced workplace.

? Key Responsibilities

Vendor Contract Management
Manage the complete vendor contract lifecycle
Draft, review, and finalize agreements such as NDA, MSA, and SOW
Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for contract closures
Handle vendor onboarding and documentation
Track and validate timesheets for vendor resources

HR Operations
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)




Handle US onboarding and HR operations
Manage US immigration processes (H1B, L1/L2, OPT, Green Card)
Prepare HR documents: OL, RL, Experience Letters, EVL, Loan Agreements
Administer employee insurance and perks

Compliance & Verification
Ensure compliance with I-9 and E-Verify processes
Conduct employment and qualification verification checks

Payroll (Good to Have)
Basic understanding of payroll inputs and coordination

? Key Requirements
4–8 years of experience in HR Operations and/or Contract Management
Strong experience in NDA, MSA, SOW drafting and review
Knowledge of US HR operations, I-9, and E-Verify
Familiarity with US immigration processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
