Job Description: Intern – Study Abroad Programs & Learner SuccessLocation: Noida (5 Days Working)Duration: 3 MonthsStipend: ₹15,000 per monthAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive intern to support the learner journey for our Study Abroad programs. You will coordinate with learners and internal teams to ensure a smooth experience from enrollment to program completion.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with learners, counselors, and internal teams.Manage learner onboarding, documentation, and application tracking.Engage with learners through calls, emails,
and webinars.Resolve learner queries and ensure timely communication.Support application and visa process coordination.Track learner progress and maintain reports and dashboards.Assist in improving learner experience and operational processes.Required SkillsStrong verbal and written communication.Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.High ownership and attention to detail.Positive organizational and multitasking abilities.Proactive and learner-centric mindset.Preferred QualificationsPursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field.Interest in Study Abroad or EdTech.Prior experience in student engagement or operations is a plus.What You'll GainExposure to the Study Abroad ecosystem.Hands-on experience managing the learner lifecycle.Chance to work on impactful projects in a quick-paced EdTech environment.
