As an Elite Banker, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving business growth. Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value customers, ensuring their banking needs are met.
Proactively identify and engage with potential customers, converting leads into loyal clients.
Offer personalized financial solutions, including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance products.
Provide expert advice and guidance on complex financial matters, ensuring client satisfaction.
Cross-sell and up-sell bank products and services to maximize revenue and client retention.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.




Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and stay updated with industry developments.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
Robust sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-centric approach.
