Job Description
Assisting team in day to day tasks and coordinating with RMs for activities related to business.
Document collection from client and to ensure completion of all the documents along with signatures and stamps.
To ensure documentation is completed with utmost accuracy and to ensure the case is cleared in first pass.
Coordinating with the internal teams for documentation to ensure smooth processing of client transactions.
To understand clients business & provide appropriate working capital and business loan solutions.
Deal across secured and unsecured lending such as Fund/ non-Fund based products like Cash Credit, Demand Loan, BG etc.
Work closely with Branch Banking teams for current customer addition.
To ensure smooth onboarding of the client and catering to client requirements.
Coordinate with the internal teams, RMs or clients for completion of documentation relating to renewal/ modification/ enhancement or fresh disbursement.
To coordinate with RMs for business related activities and also help in cross sell
Calling active clients to encourage them to take up current facilities and products.
Addressing client’s uncertainties, grievances and suggestions on time.
Communicating requests and acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sale.
Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.
To be updated about the latest product offerings and offers
To understand clients business & provide appropriate working capital solutions across Fund/ non Fund based products.
To penetrate client with various products for the primary Relationship & Group companies.
To build relationships with key persons in the target segments & build client trust & confidence.
Focus to continually increase the Book size and profitability of the assigned portfolio.
