Job Role
The Assistant Sales Manager - Ad Sales will be responsible for generating direct advertising revenue by identifying prospective clients, presenting customized digital advertising solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and closing business.





The role will focus on sectors such as real estate, construction, education, healthcare, retail, jewellery, automobiles, financial services, and other regional consumer businesses operating across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

The candidate will manage the complete sales process, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, campaign coordination, and account management.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential advertisers, agencies, and business decision-makers.
Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, field visits, and client meetings.
Present customized digital advertising packages based on client goals and budgets.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Maintain the sales pipeline, follow-ups, forecasts, and client records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
