Role description: Provides production support to maintain setting stability, coordinate code migrations, and resolve first-line incidents for the GSI Solutions team to meet business demand for the GEA portfolio.

Proactively engages with Key Business Users to receive feedback, gauge satisfaction with system, integrations, and address issues or concerns.
Collaborate with GSI Automation & Integrations Teams and project teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of middleware systems.
Collaborate with GSI Teams to deliver efficient and well-run processes.
Application & Extension Services




Monitor Oracle the various Application & Extension services across production services to detect and escalate incidents according to SLAs.
Triage and resolve L1 incidents and service requests; escalate to L2/L3 with clear diagnostics and replication steps
Coordinate and execute approved code migrations/deployments in non‑production and production environments via appropriate Helix ticket types
Validate deployments and run post‑deployment smoke tests to confirm service stability
Proactively monitors performance, resource utilization and promptly respond to alerts to ensure availability and performance meets business demands.
Coordinates with release manager the schedule of maintenance & release activities across settings, teams, and vendors, identifying and resolving conflicts to minimize risk of disruption.
Track incident trends and provide input to continuous improvement and automation initiatives
