Role & Responsibilities

Lead and scale day-to-day operations of your regional branch—oversee delivery, client satisfaction, team performance, and P&L; alignment with HQ targets.
Recruit, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, support) to meet monthly KPIs and exceed client SLAs.
Build strong client relationships—proactively identify upsell prospects, drive retention, and align local delivery with enterprise roadmap.
Collaborate with Finance & HR to maintain budget discipline, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.




Create and execute local go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales leadership.
Champion operational efficiency—implement process improvements, leverage automation tools, and reduce delivery bottlenecks.
