About The Role

The SDR role is the engine of our sales team and the absolute best way to learn B2B technology sales from the ground up.

You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up critical meetings for our Account Executives.

What You'll Do

Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers (CTOs, Founders).
Qualify inbound leads generated by the marketing team.
Articulate URTech's value proposition clearly and confidently to prospects.
Schedule discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities in the CRM.





What We're Looking For

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, energetic attitude.
Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage a high daily activity volume.
Desire to learn about complex software engineering and IT services.
No prior tech experience required, but a passion for sales is mandatory.
