Role Description
This is a full time on-site role located in Mumbai for Architects and Interns. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, managing projects from inception to completion, and integrating sustainable design solutions. Interns will support architects in project design, documentation, and research. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.

Qualifications
Robust skills in Architecture and Architectural Design




Proficiency in Software Development and Integration
Project Management experience
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in office in Mumbai
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred
Relevant industry certifications and registrations are a plus

Your responsibilities as Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing, approvals with Govt. Authorities and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in various activities new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Skills
· Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
· Basic knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality stand
