Job Requirements:
Graduate candidate with minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales.
Experience in handling large-scale distribution networks.
Candidates with experience in the stationery industry will have an added advantage.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and sales closing abilities.
Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with distributors and retailers.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage distributor and retailer networks.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Expand market coverage and identify recent business opportunities.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales reports and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
