Job Description – Field Associate (Political Research)Position: Field Associate (FA) – Political ResearchLocation: GoaEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience)Role OverviewWe are looking for agile and motivated Field Associates to support political research activities across Goa. The candidate will be responsible for conducting field visits, gathering ground-level insights, interacting with stakeholders, and collecting accurate data to support research and campaign strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field surveys and interviews across assigned locations.Collect and verify political, social, and demographic data.Engage with local communities, voters,



and stakeholders.Gather ground-level feedback and public sentiment.Prepare field reports and share timely updates with the research team.Travel extensively within Goa as per project requirements.Ensure accurate and reliable data collection.Coordinate with the central research team for project execution.Eligibility CriteriaExperience: 1–4 years in Field Research, Survey Operations, Political Research, Market Research, or related fields.Education: Graduate preferred.Language: Marathi is mandatory.
