The AI Business Solutions team within ISD helps customers maximize value from Dynamics 365, M365 , Copilots and the Microsoft Cloud by co-engineering GenAI and agentic solutions that accelerate adoption, automate workflows, and unlock recent business capabilities. We work in rapid, iterative delivery cycles to move from ambiguous problem → working prototype → production-ready solution.

This role goes beyond traditional consulting. FDEs operate at the intersection of engineering,
