Job Purpose

To achieve the sales and collection targets for the assigned parties and area. Collect market information and assist city head marketing to strengthen customer base, brand equity, customer satisfaction and implement CRM activities

Job Context & Major Challenges

Job Context: Being there in the end level of the chain and interacting with the clients requires us to portray ourselves better every time. Given with targets needs to bring recent customers and to take efforts to retain the existing customer base. Any issue with quality/supply/production is rooted through us and needs to be addressed up to the satisfaction of the customers.
JOB SPECIFIC 1. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales target 2. To achieve segment wise sales in all segments which includes project, govt and retail 3. To reduce the no.of credit days and bring it within credit limits. 4. Collecting all the critical payments and bring them to nil The major challenges for the job is 1. Achieving the targets consistently and executing it to the satisfaction of the customers.

KRA1

To Plan and strategize the marketing
activities in such a way to achieve the
given targets.
Monitoring the allotted geographic areas regularly.
Market studies to get to know the up to date of market position.
Competitor analysis

KRA2

To co-ordinate with the internal set
up.
Co-ordination with production, logistics and commercial department to meet the day to day schedules.
To ensure the information flow from the plant co ordinator and enroot the Application Engr. To execute the given schedule

To ensure the credit limits of the clients
and operate within the allocated credit limits.
Ensure and Coordinate with all customers to collect the payments with in the given credit period.
Getting the balance confirmation from the clients on quarterly basis.

Activities towards the customer relationship
To initiate activities to entertain the customer this will help to establish a valuable rapport with the customer.
