Build, implement, and oversee Data Governance Policy and data management strategies, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
Foster a mindset of continuous improvement, act as a Subject Matter Expert for Master Data, take ownership of master data integrity in key systems, and assist in the definition and application of data standards and guidelines.
Ensure continuous data quality and data standards compliance across the enterprise.
Implement and monitor internal controls.
Work with a combination of Custom-built tools, SAP MDG, Microsoft SQL or any similar tool, and Microsoft Office tools.
Provide active improvement ideas to the tools created for centralized data services.
Work and communicate internally with other team members but also represent the organizations centralized data services externally with customers.

Develop, adapt,
and refine Master Data operational processes using lean tools and best practices to deliver customer outcomes effectively, efficiently, and with quality.

Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business processes, identify requirements, and other prospects for improvement and growth.
Project-manage data-related initiatives and provide training and support to business users on data governance principles and practices.
Implement change management across the organization, influence and make recommendations to the business on the importance of having valuable data quality.
Monitor data quality, identify data inconsistencies and errors, and work with relevant teams to rectify them.
