Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute high-impact social media campaigns with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content that simplifies complex technology concepts for business audiences.
Build campaigns that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, thought leadership,



and qualified lead generation.
Leverage contemporary AI-powered marketing tools to enhance content creation, campaign management, and productivity.
Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, HR, and technical teams to convert business ideas into compelling marketing stories.
Manage the company and executive LinkedIn presence through consistent, high-quality content.
Create a mix of content formats including:
Thought Leadership Posts
LinkedIn Carousels
Infographics
Videos & Reels
Case Studies
Employee Advocacy Campaigns
Company Updates
Event Promotions
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and continuously optimize strategies based on insights.
Stay updated with the latest LinkedIn algorithms, social media trends, AI tools, and B2B marketing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4 5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or B2B Content Marketing.
