Quality Assurance & Control
Establish and maintain robust QA/QC systems and processes
Ensure consistent product quality across all manufacturing locations
Monitor compliance with standards,

Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
Product Development & Innovation (R&D;)
Lead development of new products and formulations aligned with market needs
Optimize existing formulations for cost, performance, and sustainability
Evaluate alternative raw materials to reduce dependency and improve margins
Support customized solutions for key projects/customers
Technical Support & Business Alignment
Provide technical support to sales and projects teams
