We are hiring experienced Indian Cuisine Chefs for a reputed hospitality client in Vietnam. Candidates with strong expertise in preparing authentic Indian dishes and experience working in restaurants, hotels, or catering kitchens are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare authentic Indian dishes as per menu standards
Handle food preparation, cooking, and plating
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Monitor kitchen inventory and food storage
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and organized workstations




Follow company recipes and operational procedures

Salary: ₹43,000 – ₹47,000 INR Per Month

Requirements
2+ years of experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef/Cook
Strong knowledge of North Indian and/or South Indian dishes
Experience in restaurant, hotel, catering, or cloud kitchen preferred
Ability to work in a fast -paced kitchen environment
Basic English communication preferred
Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
