Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and qualify recent B2B sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.

• Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.

• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior leadership.

• Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Manage and update CRM with sales activities and customer interactions.

• Follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Networking & Lead Generation

• Represent the company in virtual networking events, including BNI meetings.

• Build referral partnerships and generate business opportunities.

• Research target industries and identify potential customers.

• Develop relationships with marketing agencies, technology partners, and referral sources.





Product Promotion

• Promote the company's custom software development services.

• Generate leads for the company's ERP solution designed for the metal service industry.

• Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.

Client Relationship Management

• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients.

• Gather customer feedback and market insights.
