Guide clients regarding immigration procedures, visa filing processes, and documentation requirements.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration laws, policies, and company standards.
Monitor team performance and provide training, mentoring, and support where required.
Handle escalations and resolve complex client issues professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of applications.
Maintain proper records, reports, and operational data.
Develop strategies to improve productivity, client satisfaction, and business growth.
Ensure achievement of departmental targets and service quality standards.

Pay: ₹19,823.47 - ₹45,678.90 per month
