Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Engagement: Initiate warm, engaging outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce VMax’s wellness services and spark interest with confidence and authenticity.
CRM Management: Maintain detailed, real-time records of all customer interactions and ensure accurate, timely updates in the CRM system.
Customer Understanding & Support: Listen actively to understand customer needs, then offer personalized insights, guidance, or swiftly escalate complex concerns to the right team.
Performance Excellence: Consistently exceed daily calling targets while maintaining a minimum 95% successful connection rate—proving reliability and resilience.
