Job Summary: We are looking for a highly analytical and sports-passionate Sports Category & Brand Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying emerging global sports trends, researching high-potential product categories, scouting international sports brands, and evaluating strategic distribution opportunities. This role requires someone with a solid sports background, exceptional market research and analytical skills, and the ability to convert global market insights into actionable business opportunities.



The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to identify the next generation of sports brands and categories, build strategic partnerships, and support the company's long-term growth and expansion strategy in India.

Global Sports Trend Research
Continuously monitor emerging sports, recreational activities, and fitness trends across global markets.
Research consumer behaviour, participation growth, and purchasing trends across North America, Europe, Australia, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
Identify sports and product categories that have the potential to become the next growth prospect in India.
Prepare monthly and quarterly market intelligence reports for leadership.
