Eligibility Criteria
Graduate candidates can apply
Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome
Candidates fluent in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Oriya, or Bengali are eligible
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard freelancers through calls and other communication channels
Explain platform opportunities and convince freelancers to join
Follow up with leads and convert them into active partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with freelancers
Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets
Maintain lead records and update follow-up status
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Handle freelancer queries and provide timely support
Required Skills
