Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hardware Engineer or Desktop Support Engineer.
Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
Robust knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), BIOS, drivers, and networking fundamentals.
Experience in diagnosing and repairing hardware faults, motherboard issues, RAM, HDD/SSD replacement, and system upgrades.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook configuration, and user account management will be preferred.
Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic firewall devices.
Experience in handling IT assets, inventory management, warranty coordination, and preventive maintenance.
Solid problem-solving, communication, and customer support skills.
Ability to work independently, manage support tickets, and maintain service reports.
Candidate should be willing to travel to client locations whenever required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
