We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with potential customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining Kama-Yu products, answering questions, and converting qualified leads into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Kama-Yu products.
Explain product features, ingredients, usage, and general perks clearly and professionally.
Build trust and maintain a comfortable, respectful conversation with customers.
Handle customer questions and objections effectively.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into orders.
Confirm customer details, including name, phone number, and delivery address.
Process and confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders accurately.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with previous customers for repeat purchases where appropriate.
Coordinate with the operations and delivery team regarding confirmed orders.
Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company communication guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Sales-oriented and confident in handling objections.
Ability to explain products in a easy and convincing manner.
Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or direct sales is preferred.
Experience in health, wellness, Ayurvedic, or personal-care products is an advantage.
Basic computer and CRM/data-entry skills.
Ability to work with sales targets and follow-up schedules.
