Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for end-to-end testing of web applications and RESTful services.
Define and execute comprehensive automation test strategies, focusing on functional, integration, contract, performance, and load testing.
Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript,



and the PageObject pattern.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitLab CI.
Perform API testing using Playwright’s API testing capabilities and implement request interception for mocking and stubbing.
Monitor code quality using tools like SonarQube and ensure adherence to security best practices.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure scalable and reliable software systems.
Conduct performance testing using Gatling Cloud to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Promote software engineering practices such as Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Mentor team members, provide coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality.
Document test strategies, processes, and results using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
