Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Team Lead – AR Credit Balance to manage end-to-end Credit Balance operations, ensure quality, and drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day AR Credit Balance workflow and ensure timely resolution of credit balances.
Ensure accuracy, TAT compliance, and adherence to client guidelines.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the Credit Balance team.
Analyze trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client requirements, and quality standards.
Required Skills:
7–9 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, with expertise in AR Credit Balance.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead.
Solid knowledge of Credit Balance processes, payer guidelines, and US healthcare regulations.
Positive communication, analytical, and team management skills.
Experience in handling client escalations and process improvements is an added advantage.

Robust analytical and quality audit skills.
