The Short Version

Who we’re looking for: A hands-on content creator and social media skilled who understands how great content works and is excited about helping build the next generation of creators. You should enjoy being on camera, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and be energized by helping others sharpen their creative instincts.

What the role is about: This is a create + teach + scale role. About 70% of your time will go into turning your creator instincts into frameworks, projects, and mentorship that help people create outstanding content. The remaining 30% of your time will be spent creating content for Kraftshala - scripting, shooting, editing, and experimenting with formats that grow our brand and reach new audiences.
