Perform a variety of massage, facial, and body treatments according to established spa protocols and client preferences
Assess client needs through attentive listening and consultation, making personalized treatment and home care recommendations
Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, hygiene,



and visual presentation in all treatment areas
Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive setting that makes guests feel comfortable and cared for
Manage treatment room inventory, restocking supplies, and organizing materials efficiently
Assist with spa facility maintenance, including linen management and general cleaning tasks
Document client preferences and treatment outcomes to support continuity of care
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
Uphold qualified boundaries and confidentiality in all client interactions
Adapt to scheduling flexibility, including weekends and holidays as needed
