The gym counselor is responsible for generating memberships by converting walk-ins, inquiries, and trial members into paid members. The role involves understanding customer fitness goals, recommending suitable membership plans, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online inquiries professionally.
Conduct gym tours and explain facilities, services, and membership plans.
Convert prospects into members through effective sales techniques.
Achieve monthly membership sales and revenue targets.
Follow up with leads, trial members, and inactive prospects.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/software.
Coordinate with trainers to schedule fitness assessments and trials.
Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and referrals.
Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Participate in marketing activities, corporate tie-ups, and local promotional events.
