Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Kerala
Qualification: Any Degree (MBA is an added advantage)
Experience: 3–10 Years in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Sales
Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Develop strong relationships with schools, malls, builders, architects, resorts, amusement centers, hospitals, and other commercial clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote products and solutions.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion into business.
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining robust customer relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and business events to generate current business.
