Role Overview:
As
a Senior Manager (Partnerships & Alliances), you will drive strategic
partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and enterprise partners to
accelerate business growth and expand Borderless's distribution network. You
will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from identifying and onboarding
partners to driving partner-led revenue, executing joint go-to-market
initiatives, and strengthening executive relationships. Working closely with
Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Leadership teams, you will play a
key role in scaling Borderless's partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and grow
strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and enterprise
partners.
Own partner relationships and
drive revenue, pipeline, and business growth.
Build and manage relationships
with senior stakeholders across partner organisations.
Lead joint go to market
initiatives, including co-selling, co-marketing, and partner enablement.
Collaborate with internal
teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and execution.
Track partnership performance,
identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous optimisation.
Stay updated on industry
trends and recommend current partnership opportunities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, and MBA
is a plus. 6 to10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business
development, or alliance management within banking, financial services,
fintech, or wealth manageme
