Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets and expand Huhtamaki's PS labels market share in the region, complement our target strategy to be No.1 player in segments.
Oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance,



support, and performance evaluations for expanding existing business new develop current business
Key Account Management:
Build and maintain solid relationships with key accounts and major clients within the region.
Develop customized solutions and proposals to meet clients' needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
New Business Development:
Identify and pursue current business opportunities and potential clients in the region.
Conduct market research to understand emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
Revenue and Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
Implement corrective actions and strategies to address any performance gaps or challenges.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
