We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Front End Engineer to join our corporate engineering team. This role is located in Pune

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Build accessible, secure,



and performant user interfaces that thousands of BNY employees rely on daily, improving productivity and user satisfaction.
Translate product requirements into well-structured, reusable components using up-to-date front-end frameworks, delivering high-quality features on predictable sprint timelines.
Elevate front-end performance and reliability by optimizing key metrics ,reducing page load times, and hardening error pathways to improve overall experience.
Champion a shared design system and UI standards, contributing reusable components, documentation, and best practices to drive consistency and speed across teams.
Uphold security and accessibility by implementing secure coding practices and meeting BNY standards, ensuring inclusive experiences for all users.
Drive quality through automated testing (unit, integration, end to end), robust code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines that shorten feedback loops .
