Position: Java Developer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Work from office – Bavdhan, Pune)

Experience requirement: 7 to 10 years

Responsibilities
Java Development:
Extensive hands-on experience in Java development, demonstrating a deep understanding of core Java concepts and best practices.
Proficiency in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Drools, PostgreSQL, and Hibernate.
Web Technologies:
Robust expertise in client-side technologies such as JavaScript.
In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Angular 8 or later versions.
System Design:
Proven ability to conceptualize and implement scalable and effective system designs.
Experience in architecting and implementing robust and scalable microservices-based applications.
Leadership:
Serve as a technical lead, providing guidance and mentorship to the development team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Collaboration and Communication:




Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
Code Quality and Best Practices:
Enforce coding standards and best practices within the development team.
Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, effective, and maintainable code.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve complex technical issues, demonstrating a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Share knowledge with the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering / MCA/MSc
Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer with leadership responsibilities.
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Bo
