About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with an engineering background and robust statistical foundations to join our team as a Data Analyst/Data Scientist.



The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, deriving insights through root cause analysis (RCA), and enabling data-driven decision-making through predictive analytics and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Sourcing Analytics:
Identifying & tracking underlying sourcing patterns and trend of past years
Identifying & predicting bad outliers/ fraud
Identifying best sourcing strategies across stakeholders
Prediction models for sourcing

Reports Analytics:
Develop real-time performance dashboards for TLs/AMs to track advisor performance across key projects such as SY-MY & MY Retention, Plan Migration, Rider Attachment, CI Attachment, and Referrals.
Create advisor incentive dashboards with project-wise performance tracking and a consolidated incentive view covering SY-MY & MY Retention, Plan Migration, Rider Attachment, CI Attachment, and Referral achievements.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
