About The Team & Value Stream

The AI & Platform Value Stream is the engineering backbone of UKG Ready, the teams that determine whether Ready can scale, perform, and evolve at the pace the business demands. We sit within UKG Ready AI & Platform and own the foundational infrastructure, data platforms, AI frameworks, identity systems, and integration capabilities that every domain team in Ready builds on.





Platform Services is the most foundational of these teams. We own the core runtime frameworks: the Jobs Framework, caching infrastructure, multitenant data synchronization, cloud infrastructure provisioning, audit trail systems, blob storage, and the platform resilience capabilities that underpin all of UKG Ready. When you work on Platform Services, your decisions affect every customer, every feature, and every team in the product.

This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. UKG Ready is executing against an ambitious long range plan to grow from ~$450M ARR to $1.1B by 2030. Platform resilience, cloud scale modernization, and developer productivity are explicitly identified as prerequisites for that growth.
