Experience required:
6+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of hands-on SSIS development experience
Robust experience in data warehousing and ETL design patterns
Technical skills:
Expert in Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS
Robust T-SQL programming and query optimization
Experience with SSRS and/or Power BI (preferred)
Knowledge of data modeling (Dimensional & OLAP)
Experience with performance tuning of ETL packages
Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or cloud ETL tools is a plus
Version control tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)

Design, develop, and deploy SSIS packages for BIS BACH project
Analyze source systems and define ETL mappings
Ensure data quality, validation, and reconciliation processes
Optimize existing ETL workflows for performance and scalability
Troubleshoot ETL failures and production issues
Collaborate with business analysts, DBAs, and stakeholders
Document ETL processes and technical specifications
