Job Title: HR Operations & Placement Executive

About the Role:

CareerKalam is looking for a proactive and energetic HR Operations & Placement Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations while coordinating with corporate organizations for student internships and placements. This role is ideal for candidates with robust communication and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations
Manage attendance, leave records, employee documentation, and HR records.
Handle employee and intern onboarding and offboarding.
Maintain HR databases and prepare MIS reports.
Support payroll inputs and HR compliance documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Corporate Relations & Placements:
Build and maintain relationships with corporate HR and hiring teams.




Coordinate internship and placement opportunities for CareerKalam students.
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates and companies, and support offer closures.
Maintain placement trackers and corporate partner databases.
Represent CareerKalam professionally during calls, emails, and meetings.

Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with 1–3 years of HR, Recruitment, or Business Development experience.
Strong verbal and written English communication (Telugu/Hindi is an added advantage).
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Workspace, and professional email communication.Willing to travel to Hyderabad whenever required.

Compensation:
Training Period (6 months): ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month (based on skills and experience).
Post-Training Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹22,000/month (based on performance and experie
