To ensure that design development is in line with management vision and meets product brief requirements within stipulated budgets and applicable regulations.
To lead sign-off processes for different stages: CD to GFC.
To create differentiated designs within the regulatory framework and costs.
Know DCPR, UDCPR, and NBC codes.
Prepare project program and ensure all teams work towards meeting milestones and flag risks in time.
Lead regular site coordination meetings and review materials.
Oversee production of design deliverables, specifications,
and reports.
Foster a team-oriented and innovative work workplace.
Possess an understanding of current and upcoming design and lifestyle trends.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
6 - 7 years of experience in design.
Expertise in residential and commercial projects.
Robust design and technical skills with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and sustainability practices.
AutoCAD, MS Project, documentation workflows, optimized budgets.
