Job Responsibilities:
Track and monitor pharmaceutical tender opportunities across assigned countries and regions.
Maintain tender databases and ensure timely updates.
Support tender evaluations by gathering and analyzing relevant commercial information.
Perform financial and profitability analysis for tender opportunities.
Assist in pricing reviews and commercial assessments.
Generate reports and business insights to support tender decisions.
Liaise with supply chain teams to assess product availability and operational feasibility.
Support demand forecasting and tender volume planning activities.
Monitor potential supply risks related to tender participation.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of tender information.
Develop periodic reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
Collaborate with country teams, commercial stakeholders, and regional functions.
Gather tender-related information and consolidate data for management review.
Support process improvements and standardisation initiatives.
Relevant Professional / Educational Background, Skills & Experience:
Lead the end-to-end tender intelligence and analytics function for pharmaceutical markets by providing forward-looking visibility of tender opportunities,
commercial evaluation, financial analysis, operational readiness, and cross-functional coordination with regional teams and supply chain stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
MBA or equivalent qualified with a strong academic profile.
Minimum 7 - 8 years post qualification experience in a multinational manufacturing company (preferably pharmaceutical or FMCG industry)
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong cultural awareness ensuring an ability to work with global colleagues
Capable of working on own initiative
Solid administration, attention detail, technically advanced in IT and data management.
