The ideal candidate will ensure timely project execution, quality delivery, budget control, and seamless coordination with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

â Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects

â Plan project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

â Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors

â Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

â Monitor site progress, safety, and compliance with project specifications

â Review drawings, BOQs, and material requirements

â Handle project documentation, billing, and progress reporting

â Resolve technical and operational challenges efficiently





â Lead site teams and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
