ITIL certified having extensive experience in Production support,
Troubleshoot/Debug processes and fixing data/code issues in DEV/TST and
migrating to PROD, specifically in manufacturing.

Excellent communication skills have transparent understanding of business procedures
and ability to work as an individual and as a part of team.
Work with client POC’s on the new contracts received. Do overall estimation,
resource loading and identification and do overall operations of the recent
projects
Complete Project Management that includes proposal creation, project planning,
resource planning, all IManage activities like project creation and invoicing.
Resourcing and team management.
Revenue projection and management.
Work on single handedly in Project process audits and also CMMI audit.
