Responsibilities (Assistant Role)
· Sample Management: Main responsibility is ensuring that all architects,
designers, and dealers have the latest physical samples, swatches, and
catalogs. They manage sample inventory and delivery logistics.
· Dealer/Site Visits: Conduct routine, low-complexity visits (e.g., dealer
check-ins, delivering paperwork) while accompanying senior staff on high-value
calls to learn the process.
· Lead Identification: Actively survey assigned territories for
current construction sites, noting project stages and identifying key
decision-makers (site engineers, purchase managers).
· Data Entry & CRM Support: Accurately log all client interactions,
recent leads, and competitor activity into the company's CRM system (e.g., Zoho
CRM)

· Logistics Coordination: Helping coordinate material delivery
schedules and following up on pending payment collections from smaller
clients.
Essential Skills
