We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Land Acquisition to identify suitable properties for business expansion, coordinate the acquisition process, and ensure timely completion of land-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify suitable properties based on business requirements.
Conduct site visits and evaluate locations for upcoming projects.
Coordinate with property owners, consultants, and local authorities.
Carry out market research on property availability, pricing, and location potential.
Negotiate terms as per company guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of property details and documentation.
Prepare reports and provide regular updates on acquisition progress.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of acquisition activities.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in land acquisition, property identification, or a related field.
Robust communication skills in English are mandatory.
Any graduate.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Solid negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
